Eggonomics is a game developed and operated by Taylor Roberts.

The App is provided "as is" and may change or be updated at any time.

Accounts

You may be required to sign in to use certain features of the App.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account.

Virtual Items and Progress

• All in-game items, currency and progress are virtual and have no real-world value
• They cannot be exchanged for real money or real-world goods
• We may modify, rebalance or reset game systems at any time if necessary

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, cheat or exploit the game
• Attempt to interfere with the servers or service
• Use automated tools, bots or modified clients
• Abuse or disrupt the service for other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

The App or servers may be taken offline for maintenance, updates or other reasons.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if these terms are violated, the service needs to be discontinued, or abuse is detected.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any loss of data, progress or virtual items
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App

Intellectual Property

All content in Eggonomics, including code, art, audio and design, is owned by Taylor Roberts unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, modify or redistribute any part of the App.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.
